Through the course of providing our platform to you through the flow.ai Platform, you may provide us with information from or about your end users, including, but not limited to, Interactions and Profile information (“Customer Data”).

In all of these cases, our software has been integrated into your product or application and we are handling Customer Data solely on your behalf for the purpose of providing the platform and in accordance with our agreements with you, our customer.

For clarity, and without limitation, the collection of Customer Data is not governed by this Privacy Policy.

We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the platform, to process your requests, to operate, maintain, analyse and improve our site and platform.

However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. Persons under the age of 13

flow.ai does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the platform. The platform and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
