SMS and RCS

We have added full support for the new Rich Communication Services message standard that is supported by the new Android and Samsung messaging apps. Along with that you can now use SMS services to provide bot functionality.

Business hours

We’ve added a great feature that makes it easier to create complex hand over scenarios. Using business hours it’s possible to configure the dates and times you can for example offer human assistance.

Front

We’ve added Front as a new customer support option for teams. You can now connect your bot and in Front you’ll receive all messages in a dedicated team inbox.

SparkCentral

We’ve also added SparkCentral as an enterprise customer support option.

Generating Training Data

Our system will aid you in adding additional training data using text generation (only available in English at the moment).

Trigger events with Chat

It’s now possible to manually Trigger events using the Chat app
